- Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. The full amount of $16,784.25 USD is due by July 12, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank wire transfer to the account details specified above.

- Governing Law: This Invoice and the services rendered thereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
- Refund Policy: Services already rendered by the Editor prior to the date of this Invoice are non-refundable. Any unused pre-paid hours not reflected in this Invoice will be credited toward future engagements or refunded within 30 days of project completion.
- Tax Compliance: All applicable federal, state, and local taxes for the United States, including California state sales tax and Los Angeles city business tax, have been calculated and included in this Invoice.
