Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by the Editor, Dilnoza Karimova, operating under Tashkent Editorial Solutions LLC, registered in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Payment of the full Invoice amount of $7,133.60 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Tashkent Commercial Bank, Account No. 0001234567890, SWIFT: TCBKUZ2X. The Editor reserves the right to suspend all ongoing editorial services if this Invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date of July 15, 2025.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice after the due date, in accordance with the commercial regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Editor's Notes & Important Information
The Editor confirms that all services listed in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the agreed-upon scope of work documented in the Service Agreement dated May 20, 2025, executed in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Editor has delivered all final edited files, revision logs, and the pre-print approval certificate to the client's designated representative.
The Editor wishes to note that the manuscript has been thoroughly reviewed and is now in a publication-ready state. Any further editorial revisions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a new Invoice issued by the Editor.
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. The Editor, Tashkent Editorial Solutions LLC, is a registered business entity in Uzbekistan Tashkent and is fully compliant with all applicable tax and commercial regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This document serves as the official Invoice for all accounting and tax reporting purposes.
