This Invoice is issued by EditorPro Solutions Co., Ltd., a registered professional services company headquartered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract Reference CTR-2025-0089. All Editor services rendered under this Invoice were performed by qualified editorial professionals operating out of our offices in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, during the service period specified above.
The Editor services detailed in this Invoice include but are not limited to manuscript editing, technical documentation localization, editorial consulting, content review, and professional training. All work was completed to the satisfaction of the client's editorial team and meets the quality standards agreed upon in the master service agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as per Vietnamese commercial law.
- All Editor service rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- VAT at 10% is applied in compliance with the General Department of Taxation, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City regulations.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within 15 business days of receipt. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City People's Court.
- EditorPro Solutions Co., Ltd. reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice if any clerical errors are identified within 7 days of the original issue date.
