Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement between Brussels Education Administration Services and the Brussels Community Education Directorate for the provision of Education Administrator professional services within the Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium. Payment of the full invoice amount of € 39,591.20 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the header of this invoice. Please reference the invoice number BE-2025-00487 in all correspondence and payment instructions. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 10% per annum in accordance with Belgian commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article L. 210-1).
Notes and Additional Information
- All Education Administrator services described in this invoice were performed physically within the Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium, and are subject to Belgian VAT at the standard rate of 21%.
- The Education Administrator services rendered comply with the professional standards set forth by the Belgian Federal Government for educational administration personnel and meet the requirements of the Brussels-Capital Region Education Decree of 2023.
- This invoice constitutes the final settlement for all Education Administrator services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional charges will be incurred for this billing period.
