A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms outlined in the master service agreement dated January 10, 2025.
Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) invoicing requirements and the Ontario Business Practices for Public Sector Procurement guidelines applicable to the Canada Toronto region.
2. All services rendered by the Education Administrator team were performed in full compliance with the Ontario Education Act, 1996, and the applicable municipal regulations governing educational administration in Toronto, Canada.
3. The Education Administrator services described herein were delivered by qualified professionals holding valid Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certifications and relevant administrative credentials recognized by the Province of Ontario.
4. Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing to the undersigned within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges as stated.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in the Canada Toronto education services sector.
6. All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced as part of the Education Administrator engagement remain the property of the Toronto District School Board upon full payment of this Invoice.
