Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nahda Educational Consulting LLC, Kuwait National Bank, Branch: Al-Salimiyah, Kuwait Kuwait City. Account Number: 0045-7821-3390-112. SWIFT Code: KNAWKWKA. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-KW-00472 on all remittances. Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement. All amounts are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). No Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable as Kuwait does not currently impose a national sales or value-added tax on professional services.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice covers all Education Administrator services rendered between 1 January 2025 and 31 May 2025 for the Ministry of Education, Academic Affairs Division, Kuwait Kuwait City.
2. All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been formally accepted in writing by Dr. Fahad Al-Mubarak on 10 June 2025. A copy of the acceptance letter is attached as Appendix A.
3. The Education Administrator, Ms. Layla Al-Rashidi, holds a valid professional license issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Education and the Kuwait Association of Educational Administrators. Her credentials are on file with the client.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City.
5. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable regulatory changes.
