Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Amsterdam Education Administration B.V., a registered company in the Netherlands (KvK 87654321), for professional services rendered by a qualified Education Administrator to the North Holland Regional Education Board. Payment of the full amount of € 28,072.00 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 15 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00, BIC ABNANL2A, in the name of Amsterdam Education Administration B.V. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00487 in your payment transfer to ensure proper reconciliation.
- In the event of late payment, a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum shall apply in accordance with Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
- Collection costs incurred as a result of late payment shall be charged at a minimum of 15% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum charge of € 40.00, in accordance with Dutch law.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed in the Netherlands, specifically within the municipality of Amsterdam and the broader North Holland province, and are subject to Dutch VAT at the standard rate of 21%.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period specified. No additional fees or charges shall be applicable beyond those itemized herein.
