Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Payment is due no later than July 12, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account designated by Metropolitan Educational Consulting Group, or by certified check payable to "Metropolitan Educational Consulting Group" mailed to the address listed above in United States New York City.
- Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with New York State General Obligations Law Section 11-303.
- All services rendered by the Education Administrator are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated December 15, 2024, between the parties. This Invoice constitutes a formal billing statement under that Agreement.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Undisputed portions must be paid by the due date regardless of any pending dispute.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of New York and the municipal regulations of the City of New York, United States. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie exclusively in the New York County Supreme Court, United States New York City.
