1. This invoice is issued by a licensed Electrical Engineering firm registered in Kathmandu, Nepal, and all services are provided in accordance with the Nepal Engineering Council regulations and professional standards.
2. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount as per Nepal's commercial practices.
3. All electrical engineering designs and calculations provided are based on current Nepal Electricity Authority standards, National Building Code of Nepal, and applicable international standards (IEC, NEC) where specified.
4. The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to revise designs and calculations if project requirements change significantly from the original scope of work. Additional charges may apply for substantial scope modifications.
5. VAT is charged at 13% as per Nepal's Value Added Tax Act. Withholding tax of 1% is deducted as per Nepal's Income Tax Act for professional services.
6. All intellectual property rights for designs, drawings, and documentation remain with Nepal Electrical Engineering Solutions until full payment is received.
7. This invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
