2. Regulatory Compliance: All services provided adhere strictly to the regulations set forth by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB) within Singapore Singapore. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
