Important Notes & Terms:
1. This invoice represents professional electrical engineering services rendered in accordance with the contract dated December 1, 2023, between Catalan Electrical Engineering Solutions S.L. and Barcelona Residential Development Group S.A.
2. All services have been performed in compliance with Spanish electrical regulations, including the REBT (Reglamento Electrotécnico para Baja Tensión) and applicable Barcelona municipal building codes.
3. The Electrical Engineer responsible for this project holds valid registration with the Collegi d'Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya (COEIC) and maintains professional liability insurance as required by Spanish law.
4. VAT (IVA) is applied at the standard Spanish rate of 21% as applicable to professional engineering services in Spain.
5. Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with Spanish legislation on late payments in commercial transactions.
6. Any disputes regarding this invoice should be directed to our billing department within fourteen (14) days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be considered accepted.
7. This document serves as an official invoice for tax purposes in Spain and should be retained for accounting and audit requirements.
8. All electrical designs and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Catalan Electrical Engineering Solutions S.L. until full payment is received.
