3. Liability: Apex Electrical Engineering's liability is limited to the total amount paid under this invoice. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.
4. Governing Law: This agreement and invoice are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
5. Intellectual Property: All drawings, calculations, and reports remain the intellectual property of Apex Electrical Engineering until full payment is received.
