- This invoice is issued by Dhaka Power & Electric Solutions Ltd., a registered and licensed electrician firm operating in Bangladesh Dhaka under the Department of Electrical Power (DEP) regulations.
- All electrician services described in this invoice have been performed in strict compliance with the Bangladesh National Electrical Code (BNEC) and local Bangladesh Dhaka municipal by-laws.
- The warranty on all workmanship provided by our electrician team is valid for 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects in installation and workmanship only.
- Materials supplied are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This invoice does not extend or modify any manufacturer warranty terms.
- Any additional work requested after the scope defined in this invoice will be billed separately with a supplementary invoice.
- Payment must be received by the due date stated above. Overdue invoices will be subject to a 2% per month late fee in accordance with Bangladesh financial regulations.
- This invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After expiry, a revised invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in material costs in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Bangladesh Dhaka courts in accordance with the Contract Act, 1872 of Bangladesh.
- The client acknowledges that all electrical work has been inspected and approved by our senior electrician, Engr. Rafiqul Islam, before handover.
