Notes and Terms
This Invoice is issued by BC Pacific Electrician Services Ltd., a licensed and insured electrical contractor operating in Canada Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland region. All work performed by our electrician team was carried out in full compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC, Part I, 2024 Edition), the British Columbia Electrical Safety Regulations, and the City of Vancouver Building and Electrical Bylaws.
- All labour and materials are covered under a two-year workmanship warranty from the date of final inspection sign-off.
- The electrician's work is additionally covered by the manufacturer warranties on all installed components (panel, breakers, fixtures, surge devices, and EV charging hardware).
- A copy of the City of Vancouver electrical permit and final inspection certificate has been provided to the client and is on file with this Invoice.
- BC Pacific Electrician Services Ltd. carries $5,000,000 in general liability insurance and full workers' compensation coverage through WorkSafeBC.
- Please retain this Invoice for your tax and insurance records. If you require a duplicate or a revised Invoice, contact our billing department within 60 days.
- All amounts are quoted and payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD). No foreign currency conversions apply.
