Invoice Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Precision Electrician Co., Ltd. (Bank: China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Branch; Account No.: 6225 8801 2025 0487 210; SWIFT: CMBCCNBS).
2. Late Payment: A penalty of 0.05% per day shall be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with the commercial contract signed between the Electrician service provider and the client.
3. Service Warranty: All work performed by the Electrician team is covered under a twelve-month warranty from the date of completion. Any defects in workmanship or materials will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
4. Compliance: All electrical work has been carried out in full compliance with the National Electrical Code of the People's Republic of China (GB 50303-2015) and local regulations of the Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. The Electrician team holds all required certifications for work in China Guangzhou.
5. Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules of procedure.
