Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Kinshasa Pro Electrician Services, a licensed and registered electrician company operating in DR Congo Kinshasa. All electrical work described herein was performed in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and local DR Congo building regulations.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to BCC Bank, Account No: 0045-2210-8876, IBAN: CD63 0045 2210 8876 0000, in the name of Kinshasa Pro Electrician Services SARL.
Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment in Congolese Francs (CDF) will be converted at the official BCC exchange rate on the day of payment.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for electrician services rendered by Kinshasa Pro Electrician Services at the specified location in DR Congo Kinshasa. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all work items listed above.
- All electrical installations performed by our certified electrician team are covered under a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final commissioning. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
- The electrician services described in this Invoice have been completed and inspected. The final commissioning report (Item 6) has been submitted to the client for review. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing within seven (7) business days of receiving this Invoice.
- Payment of this Invoice in full releases the client from all further financial obligations related to the contracted electrical work. Partial payments will be applied first to outstanding balances, then to the current Invoice amount.
- Kinshasa Pro Electrician Services reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future electrical work at the DR Congo Kinshasa site if payment on this Invoice or any prior Invoice remains overdue beyond the stipulated thirty-day period.
- All materials and components supplied as part of the electrician services listed in this Invoice are new, of genuine manufacturer origin, and carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Material warranties are separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty.
- This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated electrician services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- The client agrees that this Invoice and all related documentation shall be retained for a minimum period of five (5) years in compliance with DR Congo tax and accounting regulations.
