Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to Ababa Power Solutions PLC, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account No: 1001-2345-6789-01. Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque drawn on any commercial bank operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. The client acknowledges that this Invoice represents the final and complete settlement for all Electrician services described herein. No additional charges will be incurred unless a written change order is signed by both parties. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation under the Ethiopian Commercial Code before resorting to litigation in the Addis Ababa City Courts.
Additional Notes
1. All Electrician work performed under this Invoice is covered by a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance. Any defects arising from installation errors will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
2. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional permits from the Addis Ababa City Electricity Authority that may be required for future modifications to the electrical system.
3. Ababa Power Solutions PLC is a registered and licensed Electrician firm in Ethiopia, holding a valid trade license issued by the Addis Ababa City Trade and Industry Office. All technicians assigned to this project hold valid Ethiopian electrical trade certificates.
4. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Ethiopian Tax Proclamation No. 979/2016 and the regulations of the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA).
