Payment Terms & Conditions
- This invoice is payable within 30 days of the date of issue, by bank transfer to the account details provided below.
- A deposit of 30% (€ 2,502.00 TTC) was collected on 10 June 2025 upon signing of the work order. The remaining balance of € 5,838.00 TTC is due by 15 July 2025.
- Late payments are subject to a penalty of 3 times the legal interest rate in force in France, as per Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
- All electrical work performed by this electrician is guaranteed for a period of 2 years on materials and 10 years on the structural installation, in accordance with French consumer protection law.
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment. In the event of non-payment after the due date, legal proceedings may be initiated before the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
