Terms & Conditions — Electrician Services in Italy Rome
1. All electrical work described in this Invoice has been performed by a qualified and certified Electrician holding a valid professional license issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, Italy. All installations comply with CEI 64-8, Italian Building Code (D.M. 37/2008), and applicable European directives.
2. A warranty of twenty-four (24) months is provided on all labour and materials installed under this Invoice. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Electrician firm within the warranty period.
3. The client acknowledges that all electrical works in Italy Rome require prior notification to the local municipal authority (Comune di Roma) and, where applicable, to the local electricity distribution company (Enel Distribuzione). All necessary permits and notifications for this project have been filed by the Electrician on behalf of the client.
4. The final electrical compliance certificate (Dichiarazione di Conformità) and the updated electrical installation documentation (relazione tecnica) are attached to this Invoice and have been delivered to the client on 09 June 2025. The client is advised to retain these documents for future inspections, insurance purposes, and any subsequent property transactions in Italy Rome.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy. The Electrician firm reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future work until all outstanding Invoice amounts are settled in full.
6. All prices quoted in this Invoice are in Euros (EUR) and include all materials, labour, tools, and standard equipment required for the Electrician services described. Any additional work not specified in the original work order will be subject to a separate Invoice at the standard hourly rate of 95.00 EUR per hour plus materials.
