Notes & Terms of Service1. This Invoice has been issued by Kyoto Precision Electrician Co., Ltd., a fully licensed and insured Electrician contractor operating under the jurisdiction of Japan Kyoto Prefecture. All Electrician work described herein was performed in strict compliance with the Japanese Electrical Work Act, the Building Standards Act, and all applicable Japan Kyoto municipal building codes.
2. The warranty period for all Electrician labor and installed components is twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning (June 10, 2025). Any defects arising from workmanship during this period will be remediated at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
3. All electrical materials and components used in this project are certified by the Japan Electrical Safety and Environment Technology Institute (JET) and carry the mandatory PSE mark. The Electrician team maintains full traceability records for all components, which are available upon request for a period of five years.
4. The client acknowledges that all work was performed at the specified site in Japan Kyoto and that the Electrician team had full access to all areas of the building as agreed in the original service contract dated May 15, 2025. Any additional work not listed on this Invoice was either performed at no charge as a courtesy or is covered under a separate Invoice to be issued.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client is requested to contact our billing department in Japan Kyoto to confirm the outstanding balance before any further action is taken. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
6. For any disputes regarding the charges listed on this Invoice, the client may contact the undersigned Electrician project manager directly. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions of the Japan Electrical Contractors Association, with the venue set in Japan Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture.
