Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Osaka Precision Electric Co., Ltd., a licensed Electrician firm registered in Japan Osaka, in accordance with the Electrical Work Act (Denki Senmon Kogyo Ho) and all applicable Osaka Prefecture regulations governing electrical contracting services.
2. All work described in this Invoice was performed by qualified and certified Electrician personnel holding valid licenses issued by the Osaka Prefectural Government. The lead Electrician for this project, Mr. Hiroshi Yamamoto, holds a First-Class Electrical Engineer (Denki Senmon Gijutsushi) certification.
3. All materials and components supplied as part of the services listed in this Invoice carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. The Electrician's workmanship is additionally guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of final completion.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for all Electrician services rendered at the specified Japan Osaka location during the period of May 28, 2025, through June 12, 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
5. The client acknowledges that all electrical work performed in Japan Osaka has been inspected and approved in compliance with the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and the Osaka City Building Standards Ordinance. Copies of all inspection certificates are attached to this Invoice as Appendix A.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achievable within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the Osaka District Court for adjudication under the laws of Japan.
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if material costs have changed significantly.
