Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This invoice is issued by Tokyo Electrician Services Co., Ltd., a licensed electrician contractor registered with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Japan Electrical Contractors Association (JCEC). All electrician work described herein was performed by certified professionals holding valid Japanese electrical work licenses.
2. All electrical installations and repairs comply with the Electrical Work Act (Denshi Kogyo Ho), the Electrical Equipment and Wiring Technology Act, and applicable Tokyo Metropolitan building and fire safety regulations. The electrician has provided a written warranty of 2 years on all labor and 5 years on installed materials.
3. The solar inverter system installation (Item 4) includes registration with TEPCO and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's renewable energy incentive program. The client will receive a separate confirmation document from TEPCO within 14 business days.
