Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Manila Volt Electrician Services, Inc., a duly registered electrical contracting firm operating in Philippines Manila, in accordance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) 2017 and all applicable local building ordinances of the City of Manila.
2. All electrician services described in this Invoice have been performed by licensed Registered Master Electricians (RME) and certified electrical technicians holding valid PRC licenses. Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance.
3. The client acknowledges that all materials used in the electrician work are new, of commercial grade, and sourced from authorized distributors in the Philippines. All wiring, panels, and protective devices comply with UL/CE/PSA certifications.
4. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Failure to remit payment by the due date shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance, and the electrician services team reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future work until the account is settled in full.
5. This Invoice does not include Meralco connection fees, government permit fees, or any third-party inspection charges. Such costs, if applicable, shall be billed separately or borne directly by the client.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated electrician services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of a settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the Philippine Construction Arbitration Commission (PCAC) in Philippines Manila.
7. This Invoice is valid for one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments for materials and labor.
