1. This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Senegalese commercial law.
2. Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Bank: BICEC Senegal | Account Name: Sénégal Élec Pro SARL | IBAN: SN09 0002 0001 2345 6789 0123 456 | SWIFT: BICE SN DK. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00847 on all remittances.
3. A 50% advance payment was received on 01 June 2025 (XOF 2,303,360). The remaining balance of XOF 2,303,360 is due upon completion and acceptance of all Electrician services as detailed in this Invoice.
4. All materials and equipment specified in this Invoice are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Labour performed by our Electrician team is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of final commissioning.
5. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all electrical works carried out by our licensed Electrician at the client's property located in Almadies, Senegal Dakar. The scope of work is fully described in the line items above and in the attached signed work order (Ref: WO-2025-0312).
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts stated on this Invoice, both parties agree to first seek resolution through amicable negotiation. Should resolution not be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Dakar, Senegal.
7. Sénégal Élec Pro is a registered and licensed Electrician firm operating in Senegal Dakar. All work performed complies with the Senegalese Electrical Installation Regulations (Réglementation des Installations Électriques) and the standards of SENELEC (Société Nationale d'Électricité du Sénégal).
