Payment Terms & Important Notes
This Invoice is issued by ElectroBarcelona S.L., a registered Electrician services company operating in Spain Barcelona, in full compliance with the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio) and the General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria).
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (IBAN) – ElectroBarcelona S.L., CaixaBank, Barcelona. Please reference Invoice Nº EB-2025-0347 in the transfer description.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (14 July 2025). A late payment interest of 1.5% per month will apply as per Spanish Law 3/2004 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.
- Warranty: All Electrician workmanship is covered by a 3-year statutory warranty under the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). All installed components carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
- Certification: The official Boletín Eléctrico and CIE will be delivered to the client within 10 business days of project completion. These documents are mandatory for the electricity supply contract with Endesa or any other licensed distributor in Spain Barcelona.
