- TanZap Electrical Solutions Ltd. provides a warranty of twelve (12) months on all labour and workmanship, and the manufacturer's warranty on all supplied materials and components listed in this invoice.
- The client acknowledges that all electrical installations in the premises located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, have been inspected, tested, and certified safe for operation prior to handover.
- Any additional or variation works not included in this invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval before commencement.
- This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the invoice may be reissued with updated pricing to reflect current material costs in the Dar es Salaam market.
- All disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
