Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by ThunderVolt Electrician Co., Ltd., a licensed and registered Electrician service provider operating in Thailand Bangkok. All electrical work described herein was performed in strict accordance with the Thai Electricity Act B.E. 2543 (2000) and the regulations of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA). The Electrician assigned to this project holds a valid Class A Electrical Contractor License issued by the Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Labour, Thailand.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Siam Commercial Bank, Account No. 012-3-45678-9, Account Name: ThunderVolt Electrician Co., Ltd. Please reference Invoice No. TVB-2025-04871 in your transfer memo. Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Warranty: All Electrician labour work is covered under a 24-month workmanship warranty. All supplied materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. This warranty is valid only for work performed within Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area and is non-transferable.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between ThunderVolt Electrician Co., Ltd. and the client for all Electrician services rendered in Thailand Bangkok as itemized above.
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of materials, labour, and standard Electrician tools and equipment used during the project.
- The Electrician reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should any unforeseen structural or wiring complications arise that were not visible during the initial site assessment in Thailand Bangkok.
- Payment of this Invoice in full is required before the final Electrical Safety Certificate is released to the client. No partial certificate will be issued until the complete balance is settled.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrician reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations in Thailand Bangkok.
- All work performed by our Electrician team is fully insured under a Public Liability Insurance policy (Policy No. PLI-2025-BKK-7781) covering a minimum of 10,000,000 THB per occurrence.
