Payment Terms & Conditions

This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the date of issue (30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Bosphorus Electrician Services Ltd., Ziraat Bankası, IBAN: TR33 0001 0002 3456 7890 1234 56, located in Turkey Istanbul.

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date as per Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 30. This Invoice is valid only for the services rendered at the specified Turkey Istanbul address and cannot be transferred to a third party without written consent from the Electrician service provider.

All work performed by our Electrician team is covered under a 12-month workmanship warranty. Any defects arising from the electrical installation or repair work described in this Invoice will be rectified at no additional cost within the warranty period.
