Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Kampala Power & Electrical Solutions Ltd., a registered and licensed Electrician services company operating in Uganda Kampala. All electrical work described in this Invoice has been performed in strict accordance with the Uganda National Electrical Code (UNEC), the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPA) guidelines, and Kampala Capital City Authority building regulations.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Kampala Power & Electrical Solutions Ltd., Bank of Uganda, Account No: 0045-2233-8899, Branch: Kampala Road, Uganda Kampala. Please reference Invoice No. KPS-2025-00847 in your payment description.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025). A 5% early payment discount applies if settlement is received before 22 June 2025. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in our service agreement.
Warranty: All Electrician work covered by this Invoice carries a 24-month workmanship warranty. Any defects arising from installation or workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Electrician services rendered in Uganda Kampala between 10 June 2025 and 14 June 2025. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all work completed as per the signed job order KPS-JOB-2025-0312.
2. All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of materials, labour, and equipment usage unless otherwise stated. Any additional work not covered by this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and approval.
3. Kampala Power & Electrical Solutions Ltd. is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. The Electrician team was equipped with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and worked in compliance with Uganda's Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 2006.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Uganda Kampala, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala, Uganda. The governing law of this Invoice is the law of the Republic of Uganda.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments for materials and labour in the Uganda Kampala market.
