1. This Invoice is issued by Emirates Volt Electrician Services LLC, a registered electrical contracting firm operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services described herein were performed by licensed Electrician personnel holding valid Dubai Municipality trade licenses and DEWA-approved certifications.
2. Payment of the full Invoice amount of AED 58,139.00 (Fifty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Nine Dirhams) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as per UAE Commercial Transactions Law.
3. All electrical work detailed in this Invoice has been completed in strict compliance with the UAE Electrical Code, Dubai Municipality regulations, and DEWA technical standards. A warranty of twenty-four (24) months applies to all labor and materials supplied by our Electrician team, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. The client acknowledges that all third-party permits, DEWA connection approvals, and Dubai Municipality electrical compliance certificates referenced in this Invoice have been obtained and are valid for the duration of the warranty period.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of material costs due to market fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates Dubai electrical supply chain.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's option, through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules of arbitration.
7. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Electrician services rendered are final upon acceptance of the completed work by the client's designated representative on-site.
