Should payment not be received by the due date, a late payment charge of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate will be applied in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in the United Kingdom. All electrical work described in this Invoice has been carried out in full compliance with the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018), Part P of the Building Regulations (England), and all relevant United Kingdom health and safety legislation. The Electrician holds full public liability insurance of £5,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of £2,000,000, both valid throughout the United Kingdom including London.
