This Invoice reflects all electrician services rendered by Empire Electrician Services LLC at the above-listed property in United States New York City. All work was performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC 2023) as adopted by the City of New York and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code. The Electrician assigned to this project, Marcus T.
