Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Harare Power Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a fully licensed Electrician operating in Zimbabwe Harare and the surrounding provinces. All electrical work described above has been performed in strict accordance with the Zimbabwe Electrical Installation Regulations (SI 111) and the standards set by the Zimbabwe Electricity Regulatory Authority (ZERA).
Please note that the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) issued by our registered Electrician, Engineer Farai Moyo, is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issuance. We strongly recommend that the client schedules an annual electrical inspection to maintain compliance and ensure the safety of all occupants in the Zimbabwe Harare premises.
All materials supplied are new, of premium quality, and carry manufacturer warranties ranging from two to five years. The electrical workmanship itself is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four months from the completion date stated on this Invoice.

Terms and Conditions
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Zimbabwean commercial law.
- This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all electrical work performed by our Electrician team at the specified Zimbabwe Harare location between 2 June 2025 and 13 June 2025, as detailed in the line items above.
- Any additional work requested by the client after the completion of the contracted scope will be quoted separately and invoiced as a supplementary Invoice.
- The client acknowledges that all electrical installations have been inspected and certified by a qualified Electrician registered with the Zimbabwe Electrical Engineering Association (ZEEA). The client is responsible for maintaining the installation in a safe and compliant condition thereafter.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts stated on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Small Claims Court in Harare, Zimbabwe, or to arbitration under the Zimbabwe Arbitration Act.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment to reflect changes in the exchange rate between the United States Dollar and the Zimbabwe Dollar, should local currency payment be requested.
- All work performed by our Electrician team in Zimbabwe Harare is covered by a comprehensive public liability insurance policy with a limit of USD 500,000, held with a registered Zimbabwean insurance provider.
