1. Payment Method: Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account in Colombia:

2. Currency: All amounts are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP). Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the payer if paying from abroad.

4. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the professional services rendered by our certified Electronics Engineers as detailed above. Any additional services requested outside the scope of Contract CT-ENG-2023-045 will be billed separately.
5. Warranty: A 12-month warranty on design and firmware is included, excluding damage caused by improper handling or environmental factors beyond specifications.
6. Jurisdiction: This invoice and the associated services are subject to the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
