Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law.
2. All Electronics Engineer services provided under this Invoice are subject to the professional standards established by the Ethiopian Engineering Institute and applicable regulations in Addis Ababa.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account Name: Abay Electronics Engineering Solutions PLC, Account Number: 1000XXXXXXX, SWIFT: COBETHEA.
4. This Invoice is valid for tax purposes in Ethiopia and includes all applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority.
5. All intellectual property rights related to custom designs, firmware, and documentation created by our Electronics Engineer team remain with Abay Electronics Engineering Solutions unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Addis Ababa.
7. This Invoice represents the final accounting for the Electronics Engineering services described herein. Any additional services will be invoiced separately with prior written approval from the client.
8. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all deliverables associated with this Invoice, including all electronic designs, prototypes, firmware, and documentation completed by our Electronics Engineer team.
