1. All services described in this invoice were performed by licensed electronics engineers operating in compliance with regulations established by the Secretaría de Economía and relevant professional engineering bodies in Mexico City.
2. This invoice represents professional services rendered for electronics engineering work including but not limited to circuit design, embedded systems development, and technical consulting. All intellectual property rights for custom designs transfer to the client upon full payment.
