Terms, Conditions & Important Notes
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with Moroccan tax regulations and commercial law. All services were performed by qualified Electronics Engineers registered and operating in Casablanca, Morocco.
2. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Moroccan commercial practices.
3. All intellectual property rights related to custom designs, firmware, and engineering documentation remain with Atlas Electronics Engineering until full payment is received.
4. The withholding tax of 10% has been applied as required by Moroccan tax authorities for professional services rendered between Moroccan entities.
5. All electronic designs and systems have been developed to meet international standards (IEC, ISO) and are compliant with Moroccan regulatory requirements for industrial electronics.
6. Warranty: All engineering services and delivered electronic systems come with a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning, covering design defects and workmanship.
7. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
8. This document serves as both a commercial invoice and a tax document for accounting purposes in Morocco.
