TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the professional services rendered by a qualified Electronics Engineer as detailed above. Services were performed in accordance with the technical specifications agreed upon for the project located in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty interest rate of 0.1% per day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
