Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Administration Act of Tanzania and represents a formal request for payment for electronics engineering services rendered.
- All services were performed by qualified Electronics Engineer professionals holding valid practicing certificates from the Engineering Council of Tanzania.
- Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- All work completed complies with Tanzanian Bureau of Standards (TBS) requirements and applicable regulations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- The Electronics Engineer services provided include a 12-month warranty on all design work and installations, excluding damage caused by misuse or external factors.
- Withholding tax of 5% has been deducted as per Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations for professional services.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised within 14 days of receipt. After this period, the invoice amount will be considered accepted.
