1. This Invoice represents professional Electronics Engineering services rendered in accordance with the agreement dated October 1, 2024, between Advanced Electronics Engineering Solutions LLC and Energy Systems Corporation.
2. All services were performed by licensed Electronics Engineers in compliance with Texas State Board of Professional Engineering regulations and applicable United States federal standards.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Texas law, whichever is less.
4. All intellectual property rights for designs, schematics, and documentation created during this engagement remain with Advanced Electronics Engineering Solutions LLC until full payment is received.
5. This Invoice is subject to the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
