Scope of Work: This Invoice covers the professional services rendered by the Environmental Engineer as detailed in the contract agreement dated September 1, 2023. Any additional services requested outside this scope will be billed separately.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Nigeria.
Regulatory Compliance: All services provided adhere to the environmental laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including guidelines set by NESREA and LASEPA.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Intellectual Property: All reports, data, and methodologies developed by the Environmental Engineer remain the intellectual property of GreenHorizon Environmental Consultants until full payment is received.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest in Lagos.
