Terms, Conditions & Important Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Kabul Cinematic Productions, a registered Film Director service provider operating in Afghanistan Kabul. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed Production Agreement dated 01 May 2025.
2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over the final artistic vision of the documentary, subject to the agreed-upon client review process outlined in Section 7 of the Production Agreement. No further revisions beyond the three included rounds will be accepted without a separate written amendment to this Invoice.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final delivered footage, the promotional trailer, and the behind-the-scenes materials transfer to the Central Asia Media Foundation upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Film Director reserves the right to use selected stills and 30-second clips for personal portfolio and festival submissions.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Should payment not be received by the due date of 30 June 2025, the Film Director reserves the right to suspend any ongoing post-production work and withhold the final master delivery until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
5. All work was conducted in compliance with local regulations in Afghanistan Kabul, including permits obtained from the Ministry of Information and Culture. The Film Director confirms that all local cast members and crew were compensated fairly and in accordance with Afghan labor standards.
6. In the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation in Kabul, Afghanistan, before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the "Voices of Kabul" documentary project. No additional fees, expenses, or surcharges will be invoiced for work completed under the original Production Agreement scope.
