Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above at BNA, Algiers Central Branch, Algeria Algiers. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Algerian commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 123).
Payment schedule: 40% upon signing of the production contract, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of the completed film. This Invoice covers the full project scope as outlined in the attached Service Agreement dated 01 May 2025.
All amounts are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD). The Film Director reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of project extensions exceeding the agreed timeline by more than ten (10) working days.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Algerian tax regulations and the professional standards of the Algerian Film Directors' Guild (Gilde des Réalisateurs de Cinéma Algérien).
2. The Film Director retains full artistic and creative authority over the final cut of the film, as stipulated in Article 7 of the Service Agreement. Any disputes regarding creative direction shall be resolved through mediation in Algiers before proceeding to the commercial courts of Algeria Algiers.
3. All intellectual property rights in the final film shall be jointly owned by the Film Director and SAPC, with the Film Director retaining the right to display the work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and academic presentations.
4. This Invoice must be presented to the SAPC accounting department at 45, Boulevard Zighout Youcef, El Hamma, Algiers, along with the original signed Service Agreement for processing.
