The Film Director services described herein are subject to the professional services tax regime applicable in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
- All services rendered by the Film Director were performed within the jurisdiction of Argentina, Buenos Aires, and comply with the labor and intellectual property regulations established by the Argentine National Copyright Law (Ley 11.723) and the applicable collective bargaining agreements of the film industry (Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo del Cine).
- The Film Director retains full moral rights over the creative direction, artistic vision, and directorial interpretation of the film project as outlined in the production agreement dated 01 March 2025. Commercial exploitation rights are transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document (factura) for the purposes of tax deduction and credit in Argentina. The client is advised to retain this document for their corporate tax filings with AFIP.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Film Director services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, Ley 26.994).
- Currency: All amounts are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS). In the event of payment in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate shall be the official rate published by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) on the date of payment.
