Invoice Notes & Payment Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) of the República Argentina and the commercial code applicable in the Provincia de Córdoba. The Film Director named herein is registered as a Monotributista / Responsable Inscripto and is fully authorized to render professional cinematographic services within the jurisdiction of Argentina Córdoba.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations.
- All services rendered by the Film Director were performed within the geographic boundaries of the Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina, and are subject to the local tax regime of Argentina Córdoba, including provincial commercial taxes (Ingresos Brutos) administered by the Agencia de Recaudación de Córdoba (ARCA).
- The Film Director retains full intellectual property rights over the creative direction, visual style, and artistic methodology employed during the production, unless otherwise stipulated in the separate Production Agreement dated March 2, 2025, executed in Córdoba Capital, Argentina.
