Terms and Conditions – Film Director Services Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). All creative materials, storyboards, and direction notes produced by the Film Director during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Thornton Visual Productions Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Queensland law, whichever is lower.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed in Australia Brisbane, Queensland, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
- The Film Director reserves the right to use stills, behind-the-scenes footage, and project credits for professional portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to the client's approval of any sensitive or confidential material.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Brisbane, Queensland, before proceeding to litigation. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs.
- This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. GST is included at the current Australian rate of 10%.
