This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for GST-registered businesses operating in Australia Melbourne and the broader state of Victoria. The Film Director services described herein were rendered under the Creative Services Agreement dated 12 March 2025 (Contract Ref: SCP-2025-0031) between Alexander J. Whitmore and Southern Cross Productions Pty Ltd.
All creative deliverables, including final cut approval, trailer direction, and promotional content, remain the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and industry award entries, subject to the client's prior written approval for any commercial exploitation beyond the agreed distribution channels.
This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). Please retain this document for your company's financial records and GST reporting obligations. If you require a duplicate copy of this Invoice or wish to dispute any line item, please contact the Film Director's production office within fourteen (14) business days of the issue date.
