Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Whitfield Visual Productions Pty Ltd, a registered Film Director and creative production entity operating in Australia Sydney, New South Wales. All services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in accordance with the Creative Services Agreement dated 15 May 2025 between the Film Director and Harbourline Media Group Pty Ltd.
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Payment is due no later than 14 July 2025.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Film Director's professional expertise, creative direction, and on-set leadership.
- GST at the current Australian rate of 10% has been applied as required by the Australian Taxation Office for services rendered in Australia Sydney.
- Any late payment on this Invoice will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under New South Wales legislation, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the date of full payment.
- The Film Director retains all intellectual property rights over creative concepts, shot compositions, and directorial methodologies developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the master services agreement.
- Disputes relating to this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any unresolved matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
- Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-SD-0472 in all correspondence and payment remittances to ensure accurate accounting reconciliation.
