Invoice Terms & Conditions

1. This Invoice is issued by Meridian Films Production House, Bangladesh Dhaka, for professional Film Director services rendered to Shohag Entertainment Ltd. The Film Director, Mr. Tanvir Ahmed Khan, is a licensed and registered creative professional under the Bangladesh Film Directors Association.

2. Payment of the total Invoice amount of BDT 2,557,380.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Taka Only) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., by 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial law.

3. All Film Director services described in this Invoice were performed in Bangladesh Dhaka and its surrounding regions. The Film Director retains full creative ownership of all direction methodologies, shot compositions, and artistic interpretations developed during the engagement.

4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be re-validated by the Film Director's office in Bangladesh Dhaka before payment processing.

5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Bangladesh Film Directors Association before initiating legal proceedings.

6. The Film Director's professional liability is limited to the total Invoice value. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of box-office performance or audience reception of the final film product.
