Terms & Conditions — Film Director Services in Belgium Brussels
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Film Director services rendered in Belgium Brussels as described above. All services were performed in full compliance with the Belgian Labour Code and applicable audiovisual industry regulations.
2. The Film Director retains full creative ownership of all directorial decisions, shot compositions, and editorial choices made during the production. The client retains ownership of the final film product as per the separate Production Agreement dated 15 March 2025.
3. All intellectual property related to the Film Director's creative methodology, storyboarding techniques, and directorial approach remains the exclusive property of the Film Director. No portion of this Invoice or the associated services grants the client any license to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Film Director's creative process materials.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium Brussels.
5. The Film Director confirms that all services were performed as a self-employed professional registered with the Belgian National Register of Enterprises (KBO/CBE) under number 0765.432.109. All applicable social security contributions and professional taxes have been or will be remitted to the relevant Belgian authorities.
6. This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with Belgian commercial accounting and tax record-keeping obligations (Article 1637/1 of the Belgian Income Tax Code).
